  • Provide laboratory support for drug substance and product stability, and IND-enabling studies.
  • Prepare assay protocols and reports for internal use and transfer to Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO).
  • Collaborate with internal functional groups such as discovery biology, protein engineering, conjugation chemistry, and CMC development teams.
  • Interface effectively with analytical development and quality control teams at CMO.
  • Manage and contribute to day-to-day operations and equipment maintenance in the lab.

  • PhD degree in engineering or life sciences, with 2+ years of relevant experience in the biotech industry, or MS degree with 8+ years of experience, or BS degree with 10+ years of experience.
  • Experience in mammalian cell culture techniques, including primary human cells and established or engineered human cell lines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the execution, principles, and analysis of cell-based and ELISA-based potency assays. Experience in multi-cell immunoassays is a plus.
  • Experience with flow cytometry, and binding kinetics by SPR or BLI is desirable.
  • Capable of planning, executing, and interpreting experimental work with limited supervision.
  • Prior experience in developing and transferring analytical test methods to CRO/CMO is considered an advantage.
  • Strong scientific documentation skills to support the writing of assay protocols and technical reports for internal documents and regulatory filings.
  • Familiarity with ICH guidance documents related to analytical procedures and familiarity with the USP and other compendia are desirable.
  • Flexible, results oriented and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; provides strong critical thinking and constructive feedback.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal team and external collaborators.
